One of the last Repeats (Open drafter, winner of Stallion draft at Warwick) and the last foal out of Quest (Novice mare). Old heritage bloodlines no longer available. Lovely big smooth mare that is very sensible, well balanced and soft.

This is one of the most natural mares we have started. She has all the ability her genetics predict. She is a very smooth travelling mare that does everything with ease. She is extremely quiet (one of quietest 2yr olds we have seen) we cant speak highly enough of this mare. She will make a very competitive drafter in the right hands. She can track a cow with ease and has always watched and wanted to work cattle. Like all our young horses she has been given a nice steady start with lots of mustering and and work in our hills, crossing creeks, opening gates, working dogs etc. She has been given a good foundation in education establishing collection, leads, correct form on a circle, stops, rollbacks etc. She has chased cattle at speed and learnt to check and rate at pace. She is starting to watch and work cattle in an arena. At only 2 she has had a nice start but not been pushed. We don't like to overdo our young horses, focusing more on taking them to work and getting some miles on them before we do too much formal education. She is very easy to do anything with, rugging, shoeing, clipping, catch etc. Very relaxed mare, nothing phases her.
Her sire, Romeos Repeat has produced numerous open horses and at Warwick last year sired the winner of the Champions of Champions and was the sire of the dam of the Canning Downs winner. He himself was an open horse and won the stallion draft at Warwick. Request's mother, Hazelwood Quest was also a draft winner and has produced winners. Both her parents have deceased making Request the last of a very successful line.
