Peppys Dam, Yugilbar O Peppy Roy, was the 2004 NCHA Non Pro Futurity winner, along with many more wins and places in the cutting pen, ridden by Mark Buttsworth. 

His sire, A Pink Panther, was a winning Campdraft and Cutting horse.

Peppy competed in the 2015 NCHA Non Pro Futurity.

Due to lack of time, he stayed on farm for several years as a main mustering horse. In 2017 he spent several months with Grant Quigley. He then went on to place and win at cuttings with Non Pro riders.

He had one campdraft start straight off the back of a cutting show, with a camp score of 23.
