Frankfield Ana carries the Acres of Det/Driscoll's Serenity bloodlines. The same bloodlines as the 2017 Landmark Toomba Record Top Price mare Frankfield Calesi. Ana has had 2 years steady mustering and 6 weeks sale preparation.
Performance Comments
Frankfield Ana is a very easy going mare, excellent to catch and handle with a soft and gentle nature. She has done extensive mustering over the past 2 years and is a very safe mare to do anything with. She worked cattle and bison over August/September 2018, in preparation for the Burnett Group Futurity Challenge in October 2018. She had a spell over November, December and has been with Ashleigh Fairbrother for the past 6 weeks prior to sale, where she has done ongoing arena and bison work. She is suitable for a range of riders, including less confident ladies and juveniles, who may be looking for a younger mare to Futurity Campdraft in 2019. She is very versatile with proven breeding and is ready to begin her competition career in 2019. Photos and videos will be online prior to sale. Phone Ashleigh - 0448 100 685
Acres of Det is the sire of Frankfield Calesi. Calesi finished 4th in the Campdraft Central Future Star Futurity Series in 2016, then went on to set a new Top Price Record of $34,000 at the Landmark Toomba Horse Sale in May 2017. Her new owners, Noel and Dallas Daley, ran several big scores in 2018 and placed 3rd in the 3 Round Clermont Gold Cup Open Campdraft in June 2018, scores of 90,90 & 88.
Ana's full sister, Frankfield Annette, was drafted as a Futurity mare, finishing 4th at Twin Hills Campdraft, from 3 starts. Since then, she had only light competition due to ongoing injuries and has now been retained into our Broodmares this season.
