Get Her Crackin did not get shown either, but she was going to be a corker. She was injured just prior to her first start, and was a hell of a good mare on cattle! Get Her Crackin (nicknamed Big Browny) has had 9 foals for 8 fillies of 6 different colours to date! First 2 Sheriff foals died. Next was Rhondhu Crackle Shine. Crackle was successfully Challenged (placed at all Challenges including Cloncurry) and was Futurity drafted by Matt Stanger. Crackle is currently in our campdraft team, and we just weaned twin embryos from her by Hashtags. Next foal was a colt (Chex To Shine) who is now a successful reiner. Then 2 more lovely fillies by Sheriff (unregistered and unshown as yet as both owned still by Rhondhu), named Rhondhu Crackin Darkie and Rhondhu Crackin Toffee. They are broken in and started and still owned by us. Sheriff passed away then, so next up was Nutmeg Cat by Highlightcat USA, who was coming to Nutrien but unfortunately broke her shoulder somehow in the paddock just as the nominations opened!. Next born was this filly by Rhondhu Spark N Spinifex our homebred stud (as all Browny's previous Sheriff foals were just so outstanding). Spark is a full brother to Liz's favourite Challenge and Campdraft mare in Rhondhu Shiners Gift, and also her younger unshown sisters Rhondhu Miss N Shine and Rhondhu Shiners Faith. In 2020 Big Browny gave us another stunning black embryo filly by Hashtags, and a proper pizazz natural foal by GottaGetaGunner - a bay baldy with 2 blue eyes. Big Browny was embryo'd in early 2021 for a foal due early 2022 by Metallic Cat. Big Browny (Get Her Crackin) is now one of our Super Mares at Rhondhu Stud. It doesn't matter who she's bred to, she gives you a crackin foal every time! The only reason we decided to sell Coffee is because we wanted to get a Big Browny (Get Her Crackin) foal out there, and Nutmeg got injured. We also have SO many young ones to ride, out of so many good old mares, and we already have 5 keeper fillies out of Big Browny and a Metallic Cat foal coming. This is a top shelf filly, yes out of a realtively unknown Sheriff colt (who has an immacualte family tree and was challenged and drafted), but out of a Super broodmare! Can't see how this filly would be anything but good. This mare always produces great foals.
