Bucky is an easy and very likeable gelding to have about. Smooth and slow canter, soft hand gallop, big stop & a very soft mouth. 

 He has been used extensively for station / mustering work in a proper stock camp. Excellent work horse. Surefooted. Not matey. Open any big or heavy gate, will shoulder in for tricky latches in corners & stand patiently for latches to be done up without marching off. Can crack whip off him. Ride in his own or with a group. 

Has done plenty of cattle work. Will watch and rate a beast independently in the yard and outside. Had his first start in march this year for an 88. Has had many Campdraft runs at home, chased plenty of cattle at work. Pull up from a gallop and walk off on a loose rein. Chases softly and safely. 

All aides established. Big stop, rollback, pick up both leads, counter arc etc.  Moves off leg aides and voice cues. 

Started Roping basics as a head horse. All fundamentals established. Can drag tyres, swing a rope, track and rope a dummy etc.  

Excellent ground manners. Will stand patiently to be mounted off a gate, block or stump. Good feet, great to shoe. 
Great to float or truck. Will load up any truck or ramp. Easy to catch & rug.

Has been nose bagged & clipped. Lead breakers or kids on ponies off him. Paddocked with different mobs of horses. Easy to have in a herd. 

A very quiet and versatile gelding that will suit any discipline.
