Attractive filly by SAAC and out of our producing Conductor mare, Cedar Downs Duchess. This filly has been started slowly with cutting training and was then spelled and returned to work for sale preparation. Very quiet, easy to have around and handle. Smooth as a Cat continues to produce outstanding performance horses in cutting and reined cowhorse.  As of September 2021 his offspring have won US$35mm, and he and his progeny have proven to be durable, easy to handle and highly trainable.  Dam Cedar Downs Duchess (Conductor x Red Oak) was accomplished in her own right and comes from an outstanding 3 generation dam line.  Duchess was 2nd in Masters Draft at Landmark 2015 after 91 pts in 1st round: then retired due to injury. Duchess is 3/4 sister to well performed Cedar Downs Minimax who won Sydney Royal World Championship Draft; 3/4 sister to Peelvale Jade, her dam Cedar Downs Royal Oak is dam of Hunter View Classic Chic, Hunter View Royalty, Hunter View Royal Chic and other performed horses.  Of Duchess' three sold progeny, two are actively drafting, with the oldest, Trinity Katniss winning Burke and Wills Classic Stockman's Challenge in 2022 and then winning her maiden draft at Warrambungles CC. Conductor himself was winner of Warwick Champion of Champions Draft, Paradise Lagoons Stallion Draft, Sydney Royal World Championship Draft, Nutrien Stallion Draft and many others.  Prepared for sale by Dan Steers 0428 759874
